Sesame Sautéed Swiss Chard
1 bunch Swiss chard, stems removed and leaves chopped
2 tablespoons sesame oil (or olive oil)
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons tamari (or soy sauce)
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
📋 Directions
Heat the Oil: In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
Sauté the Garlic: Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
Add Swiss Chard: Add the chopped Swiss chard to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the leaves are wilted and tender.
Season: Pour in the tamari and stir to combine, cooking for an additional minute.
Garnish: Remove from heat, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve warm.
