1. Fresh Passion Fruits: 4-5 (scooped out)
2. Fresh Ginger: 1-inch piece (grated)
3. Fresh Lime Juice: 2 Tbsp (about 30 ml)
4. Raw Honey or Date Paste: 1-2 Tbsp (to taste)
5. Chili Powder: 1/4 tsp (adjust based on preference)
6. Water: 2 cups (room temperature)
Mint Leaves: A few for garnish (optional)

Step 1:
Prepare the Juice:
In a blender, combine the scooped passion fruit pulp, grated ginger, lime juice, raw honey or date paste, chili powder, and water.

Step 2:
Strain (Optional):
If you prefer a smoother juice, strain the mixture using a fine mesh sieve to remove the seeds.
