Satvic Pistachio Crunch
2/3 cup raw unsalted pistachios
3 Tbsp date syrup (or jaggery syrup)
1 Tbsp coconut sugar (optional)
1 pinch rock salt (optional)
📋 Directions
If using jaggery, melt it gently in a pan over low heat until it becomes syrupy.
In a small mixing bowl, add the raw pistachios, date syrup (or melted jaggery), coconut sugar (if using), vanilla powder (if using), and salt. Stir well to combine.
Instead of baking, spread the mixture on a flat surface (like a tray) and allow it to air-dry in a warm, dry place or under sunlight for several hours until the pistachios are well-coated and dry.
Once dried, break the mixture into clumps or leave the nuts whole, as desired.
